So here’s fact that most of us fail to perceive in the beginning stages of our fitness journeys due to lack of information and sometimes even misinformation,
You don’t necessarily need to take boiled items, avoid sugar or cut down all your “happy food” in order to lose fat,
We all know calories in and calories out are the general law of Fat loss or weight gain but what we fail to understand is the need to sustain when your are in the journey.
And the only way to sustain is to avoid from feeling like it’s a punishment, due to constant enforcement we now know that CALORIES are the key and just like your craving even the “healthy” stuff you eat have calories too then why not add them in?
We have to understand that food doesn’t only help us lose fat, gain fat, build muscle and energy but, it also helps us feel better, sleep better and be happy.
Stop destroying your happiness and perceive food better!
